Karen Cox

Hi, I’m Karen! I’m a mum to two daughters Clare and Courtney. I am a qualified nurse, both general and mental health as well as being a qualified health visitor.

I feel very fortunate to love my job and being able to support parents in the early days and months is a real privilege. I have seen at first hand how baby massage, reflexology & yoga can help a baby physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually not just for the short term but also for the long term.

The benefits to parents in learning these skills and techniques is very empowering, knowing that you are building a strong foundation for your child’s future health and wellbeing.

Benefits of Baby Reflexology & Yoga

The baby’s foot is sub-divided into six major zones. These are the pelvic area, lower abdominal area, upper abdominal area, solar plexus, sinuses and the head or teeth area. Reflexology involves gently applying pressure to these zones, providing relief and comfort.

Baby reflexology is a calm holistic gentle way to  help you help your baby with  teething, gas and colic. Which is  a natural treatment therapy that promotes the overall health of your baby. A reflexology massage can sooth and comfort a fussy baby within minutes.
