Kerri Chapman

I have been a Primary School Teacher for 14 years now. My passion is working with children and that will never change. Throughout the years, I have always been interested in continuing my personal development, so study has been very important to me.


I studied relaxation for kids through ‘Relax Kids’ (which I implement into my plans when working with older children) and I also studied counselling.


So... why did I choose sleep?

When my beautiful daughter Rhaen-Mae was born, no one could prepare me for what lay ahead. As a single parent, I struggled in the beginning and sleep deprivation was a massive issue.


I reached out for help and this made a MASSIVE difference to my life.


My daughter and I were better rested and reaped the benefits of being so. The support and encouragement I received during the change was what made the difference and when working with families now, that is what I feel makes the difference to them.

I decided to undergo the training to become a Paediatric Sleep Consultant and I have not looked back!


It was the best decision I made and I love being able to help families in getting the sleep that everyone needs to function on a daily basis.

My purpose is to help families be as happy and healthy as they can be – and one of the most important ingredients in that equation is a good night’s sleep for everyone in the family.


Either through one-to-one consultations or through group seminars, that is what my passion is and that is what my job is in this community.

Prenatal Sleep Package

The main goal of this prenatal package is to educate and inform expecting parents. This is a proactive package that prevents further sleep coaching and brings peace of mind to parents before bringing baby home. This package also includes a 30 minute follow up call during your little one’s first 12 weeks.

Have you recently welcomed a new addition to your family? Although it may be too early to sleep train your baby, there are a lot of skills you can teach your little one to help lay the foundation for restful days and nights for years to come.

The main goal of a newborn package is for your family to learn how to implement tips and techniques to help your baby develop healthy sleep habits. This is a proactive package that prevents negative sleep props and hard-to-break sleep associations. The package includes:

  • Private 60-minute consultation (in-home, telephone or FaceTime)

  • Newborn sleep education guide

  • Nursery assessment

  • 30 minute follow up call before baby is 12 weeks old

  • Calls if / when needed , unlimited texts / Use of Google Docs — Week 1 / 2

This program is perfect for the family who needs direction and support, but feels confident in taking their sleep plan and running with it. The package includes:

  • Preliminary evaluation
